• Company name and staffing needs (from employers)

Automatically collected:

• Your IP address and browser type (collected by our hosting provider)
• Basic usage data to keep our site running

We don't collect anything you don't give us directly.

We use your information to:

• Contact you about job opportunities that match your skills
• Match workers with client companies that need them
• Process your application and onboard you if hired
• Communicate about assignments, pay, and scheduling
• Keep records for our business and legal compliance

That's it. We don't use your data for anything else.

Only Delta Pro Staffing:

• Right now, that's just JD Rodriguez (owner)
• As we grow, only staff who need it to do their job

Client companies:

• Only get the info needed to evaluate you for a job (name, skills, experience)
• Never get your personal phone, email, or emergency contact

We don't sell, rent, or share your data with anyone for marketing or profit. Period.

We will share info if required by law (court order, government request, etc.).

Hosting:

• Form submissions are stored by Netlify on secure, encrypted servers
• Netlify is a trusted hosting provider with data security certifications

How long we keep it:

• Application data: 12 months standard
• If you're actively placed with a client, we keep it as long as needed
• You can request deletion anytime

We don't back up data to random places or share servers with unrelated companies.

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of all the data we have about you
• Ask us to delete your data
• Opt out of job opportunity communications
• Correct any information you think is wrong
